The Nipper Brothers

The Nipper Brothers is a Northern California band celebrating the music of Jerry Garcia and the Grateful Dead. They passionately and reverently strive to conjure up both the sound and the feel of a Grateful Dead show, particularly the shared experience between the band and the audience. Their knowledge and respect for the music is evident. Great attention is paid to the vocals and vocal harmonies, because it is the songs that matter. Those iconic melodies and the beautiful, poetic and profound lyrics of Hunter and Barlow are the heart of the Grateful Dead experience. The Nipper Brothers are Joe and Scott Nipper (vocals, guitars), Tim Ajeet Campbell (bass), Rohn Kramer (vocals, percussion), Daivd Welsh (drums), and Michael Mares (keyboards).
